* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Overnight scatterometry showed moderate to strong south to southwesterly winds across Majuro and to the south. These stronger winds and gusts are tied to an area of enhanced convergence that is expected to shift northwest over the course of today, with winds subsiding below hazardous levels of 22 kt in the afternoon.
