* WHERE...A portion of south central Colorado, including the following area, Eastern San Juan Mountains Above 10000 Feet.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
