Withlacoochee At US 41 Dunnellon affecting Marion, Citrus and Levy Counties.
.Due to recent heavy rainfall, water levels on Cypress Creek and Little Manatee River are expected to continue rising and reach Flood Stage.
Elevated water levels continue on the Withlacoochee River at Dunnellon due to a combination of excessive hydrilla growth along a 4.5 mile stretch of river between U.S. 41 and Lake Rousseau, and recent heavy rainfall. Water levels are expected to hold steady before slowly decreasing over the next several days. However, the river is forecast to remain in flood stage.

* WHERE...Cypress Creek at SR 54 Worthington Gardens.
* WHEN...From Saturday evening until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Flooding begins at the recreation area on State Road 54.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 6.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Saturday evening and continue rising to 8.3 feet Sunday evening.
