* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 438 AM CDT, 1 to 3 inches of rainfall fell earlier this morning. The runoff from the this heavy rainfall may continue to flood roadways, creeks and low-lying areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Manhattan, Clay Center, Wakefield, Riley, Milford, Leonardville, Olsburg, Randolph, Green, Milford Lake, Keats and Tuttle Creek Lake.
