* WHAT...For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels low water levels to around 2 feet below mean lower low water. For the Gale Warning, north winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt.
* WHERE...Currituck Sound.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.
