Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton Counties.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and will continue.
* WHERE...North Skunk River near Sigourney.
* WHEN...Until late Sunday night.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, water affects most agricultural land near Sigourney.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 18.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.1 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday afternoon. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
