Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton Counties.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, water affects old U.S. Highway 61 near the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.7 feet tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
