At 1018 AM CDT, The heaviest rainfall has ended across the area, but flash flooding is already occurring with two day storm totals of 5 to 7 inches. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
