Special Weather Statement

The combination of clearing skies, light winds, and added moisture from recent rainfall will create favorable conditions for patchy fog formation across the region late tonight into early Thursday morning. Visibilities will vary sharply over short distances, but visibilities may drop to one quarter of a mile or less in the denser fog patches. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities.
