* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and storms are likely Thursday afternoon through the overnight hours. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour may occur with storms during the afternoon and evening, with lighter rainfall overnight.
