Elevated fire concerns are anticipated this afternoon across northern portions of Niobrara County. Afternoon humidity will drop to around 15 to 20% with breezy winds. Fires will spread more easily under these conditions. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Expect improving conditions after sunset.
