* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Water begins to approach several homes on north side of Highway 31.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 18.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 19.9 feet just after midnight tonight.
