* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 246 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Blacklick Creek, Daves Fork, Bratton Branch, Bluestone River, Brush Creek, Big Spring Branch and Crane Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
