* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM EDT Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM to 6 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Occasional gale force gusts are possible this evening. Winds briefly decrease tonight before increasing rapidly to gale force gusts Friday morning.
