* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water closes Ranchero Rd in Waterloo. Some residential evacuations may occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is cresting now and is then expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 8.4 feet Saturday, July 11. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
