* IMPACTS...At 22.5 feet, Water affects lower roads around Birmingham.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.2 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this morning and crest at 23.0 feet early Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
