* At 152 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour moving into an area that already received 1.5 inches of rainfall due to an earlier storm. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
