* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Central Athens County in southeastern Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1049 PM EDT, emergency management reported numerous instances of flooding in the warned area with water still rising in some areas. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
