Flash Flood Warning

At 510 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Cottonwood burn scar in Beaver County... specifically North Creek Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Beaver #3 camera is already showing debris flow flooding.

Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the south fork of North Creek downstream through North Creek. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding in North Creek. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding in and around the Cottonwood burn scar in Beaver County.
