* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Llano River at Llano.
* WHEN...Until late tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding makes secondary roads and low bridges in the flood plain dangerous to motorists including the low water crossing of Ranch Road 3404/Slab Road near Kingsland. Equipment should be moved from low docks and boat ties loosened downstream in Kingsland.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:00 AM CDT Saturday was 11.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.0 feet late this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.06 feet yesterday, 10/02/2026. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
