* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Texas and the far southern Panhandle of Texas, including the following counties, in northwest Texas, Bailey, Cochran and Lamb. In the Panhandle of Texas, Castro, Parmer and Swisher.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms moving across the same areas are expected to produce heavy rainfall. This will occur across areas that already received several inches of rain over the last week. Flooding is possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
