* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Marshall County in northeastern Kansas...
* WHEN...Until 900 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1215 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain had fallen in the advisory area. Minor flooding is already occurring. Highway 87 and 99 are closed in the Vermillion area due to flooding. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Marysville, Blue Rapids, Frankfort, Waterville, Axtell, Beattie, Vermillion, Oketo, Lillis and Bremen.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
