* WHAT...Dry wash and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...East Central Sevier County in central Utah...
* WHEN...Until 145 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways including I-70 near Fremont Junction. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1208 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause dry wash and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Slow down on Interstate 70 in this area! - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
