* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM Monday to 1 PM AKDT Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 1 PM to 7 PM AKDT Tuesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM Tuesday to 4 AM AKDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
