* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 6 to 8 ft expected. For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft expected.
* WHERE...Stephens Passage and Southern Chatham Strait.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM Monday to 4 AM AKDT Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM to 7 PM AKDT Tuesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM Tuesday to 4 AM AKDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
