* WHERE...Menard Creek near Rye.
* WHEN...Until Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins as low-lying areas along the creek are inundated. At 28.0 feet, Major lowland flooding begins with widespread inundation of the floodplain in the vicinity of the gage.
