* IMPACTS...At 14.1 feet, Water affects residences along Freel Dr south of Lincoln Way.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest between 14 and 14.5 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
