At 1:58 p.m. PDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of producing strong wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.
An area of severe thunderstorms between Stony Lake and the northwestern sections of Bowron Lakes Circuit is moving northward at a speed of 40 km/h.
A north - south oriented line of thunderstorms just west of Highway 97 between Hixon and Dunkley is moving northward at a speed of 40 km/h.
A west - east oriented line of severe thunderstorms just south of Punchaw is moving northward at a speed of 35 km/h.
