At 3:56 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain.

Thunderstorm Location: Over Jasper

Motion: Moving east at 50 km/h

Hazards: Wind: damaging (90 - 110 km/h) Hail: Up to ping pong ball (up to 4.0 cm) Rain: heavy (Up to 30 mm) Risk of a tornado.

Locations in the Path: Lombardy, Jasper, Eastons Corners, North Augusta, Maynard, Domville, Spencerville
