Yellow Warning - Storm Surge

Storm surge is expected this morning and Sunday morning at Herschel Island.

Water levels are expected to reach 10 to 20 cm above highest astronomical tide and may cause minor to moderate flooding.

These conditions can cause damage to infrastructure near the coast, including boats beached or anchored along the shoreline.
