Squall Warning In Effect

Squalls with wind gusts up to 40 knots, frequent lightning, hail of 1 to 2 centimetres and poor to very poor visibility in thunderstorms heavy at times are expected or occurring in the area.

Thunderstorms near Hamilton are tracking east at 35 knots and are expected to track over western portions of Lake Ontario this morning.
