Orange Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 7:05 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.

Significant damage to buildings and/or trees is likely. Heavy rain will likely cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Large hail will likely cause significant damage and injury. There is a risk of serious injury.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
