Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 8:18 p.m. MST, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of producing strong wind gusts and heavy rain.

A cluster of severe thunderstorms are located about 50 km north of Milligan Hills Provincial Park.

A second cluster of severe thunderstorms are located east of Kotcho Lake near the Alberta border.

Both clusters of severe thunderstorms are moving slowly westward.

Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
