Red Warning - Tornado

At 7:21 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm that is possibly producing a tornado. Damaging winds, large hail and locally intense rainfall are also possible.

This storm is located over the areas north of Deep River and is tracking eastward at 40 kilometres per hour.

This is a very dangerous and potentially life-threatening situation.

Tornadoes can be wrapped in rain and may not be visible.

Tornado warnings are issued when a thunderstorm is producing or is likely to produce a tornado.
