Remarks: A slow moving weather system is bringing heavy rainfall and scattered thunderstorms. Rainfall rates of 20 mm per hour or higher are expected in some localities tonight.
The heaviest rain is expected to taper off Sunday morning, but rain or showers are expected to continue into Monday.
