Additional information: The current showers and thunderstorms will gradually change to more sustained rain this evening. Most regions are expected to receive between 50 and 80 millimetres of rain by Thursday morning. However, some areas that will experience stronger thunderstorms this evening could accumulate larger amounts of rain, exceeding 100 millimetres.
