At 6:07 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts and heavy rain.

Thunderstorm Location: From Downtown Toronto to Port Perry.

Motion: Moving quickly to the east at 70 km/h

Hazards: Wind: damaging (up to 100 km/h) Winds may not be accompanied by a showers or thunderstorms. Rain: heavy (20 - 40 mm)

Locations in the Path: Toronto, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Cobourg
