Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 2:18 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts and heavy rain.

This thunderstorm is located 20 kilometres west of Saint-Mathieu-d'Harricana and is moving east very slowly.

Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
