Squall Warning In Effect

Squalls with wind gusts up to 45 knots, frequent lightning, hail of 1 to 2 centimetres and poor to very poor visibility in thunderstorms heavy at times are expected or occurring in the area.

Thunderstorms over the Niagara Peninsula are tracking east at 35 knots. Thunderstorms are expected to bring strong winds to Lake Erie, near the shoreline this morning.
