* At 621 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen so far this morning, with amounts of 4 to 4.5 inches over Northern Red River Parish. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area through mid morning. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
