HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and torrential rainfall.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Florence, Timmonsville, Lamar, Sardis, Effingham, Mars Bluff, Cartersville, Francis Marion University, New Hope, Scranton, Coward, Carolinas Hospital System, Mcleod Regional Medical Center, Carolinas Hospital System - Cedar Tower, and Health South Rehabilitation Hospital.
