* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected over portions of the advisory.

* WHERE...Southeastern Livingston County in central Illinois... Ford County in east central Illinois...

* WHEN...Until 1145 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 848 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen near Fairbury, IL. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
