At 314 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated earlier thunderstorms produced heavy rain across areas southeast of Bryce Canyon, including Tropic, Bull Valley Gorge, Willis Creek, Sheep Creek, Herm Pollock Slot Canyon, and upper reaches of the Paria River. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen primarily over Tropic and the headwaters of the Paria River. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
