At 336 PM MDT, Broadcast media reported flash flooding was occurring near Chambers and Iliff, and Mississippi and Havana. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, roads, and low lying areas.
