* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A late season plume of deep tropical moisture is transported northward ahead of an upper-level disturbance, bringing several rounds of thunderstorms with high rainfall rates to the region through Wednesday evening.
