* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...North Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona... Eastern Pinal County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 315 AM MST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 316 PM MST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marana, Avra Valley, Kearny, Dudleyville, Pinal Airpark, Picture Rocks, Red Rock, Dove Mountain, Kelvin and San Carlos Reservoir. - This includes the following highways... Route 79 between mile markers 95 and 118. Route 77 between mile markers 122 and 134. Route 177 between mile markers 139 and 156. Interstate 10 between mile markers 224 and 242.
