* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... Southwestern Graham County in southeastern Arizona... Northeastern Pima County in southeastern Arizona... Southeastern Pinal County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 915 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 318 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Catalina, Oro Valley, Marana, Oracle, Casas Adobes, Saddlebrooke, San Manuel, Saddlebrooke Ranch, Tortolita, Mount Lemmon/Summerhaven, Catalina State Park, Catalina Foothills, Saguaro National Park West, Picture Rocks, Campo Bonito, Biosphere 2, Oracle Junction, Dove Mountain and Redington. - This includes the following highways... Route 79 between mile markers 92 and 94. Route 77 between mile markers 73 and 101. Interstate 10 between mile markers 243 and 249.
