* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... Southeastern Santa Cruz County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 845 PM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 244 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Benson, Whetstone, Huachuca City, St. David, Elgin, Fort Huachuca, Kartchner Caverns State Park, Parker Canyon Lake, Kino Springs, Canelo and Lochiel. - This includes the following highways... Route 90 between mile markers 290 and 315. Route 80 between mile markers 293 and 306. Interstate 10 between mile markers 300 and 315. Route 82 between mile markers 45 and 59.
