* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.
* WHERE...Kelleys Island in Erie County in North Central Ohio
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Remaining standing water and flooding of low-lying and poor-drainage areas from overnight rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 546 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated gauges indicated that 7 to 14 inches of rain fell across Kelleys Island overnight. Flash flooding was reported overnight. Flash flooding no longer poses an imminent threat to life and property, but residual standing water and flooding of low- lying and poor-draiange areas continues this morning. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
