HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

Locations impacted include... Smithfield, Clayton, Angier, and Coats Crossroads.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 95 near Mile Marker 93. Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 310 and 322.
